By using our apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our apps.

One Thought Fit provides fitness and nutrition tracking applications designed to help users monitor their calorie intake, track workout progress, and achieve their fitness goals. Our services include:

• Progress visualization through charts and graphs

If you have or suspect you may have a health problem, eating disorder, or any medical condition, consult your doctor immediately.

You acknowledge that physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using our apps and following any recommendations provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Thought Fit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our apps or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the apps will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and contacting us to request account deletion.

14. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our apps at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
